Reporting Change of Occupancy?

It’s really important that you let us know as soon as possible so we can update your account. Please choose from one of the options below to provide us details of the change.

If you have recently bought/sold the property, you need to notify us by completing a Change of Leaseholder Form.

If you are a tenant renting the property, your Landlord or Letting Agency will need to notify us of your move in/out date by completing a Change of Tenancy Form.

Any occupancy changes need to be submitted to us within a 30-day period. Please note that a late notice charge of £30 will apply if changes are not communicated to us within the given time frames.
