Reporting Change of Occupancy?
It’s important that you let us know as soon as possible if someone moves in or out of your property, so we can keep your account accurate and up to date.
Recently bought or sold the property?
Please complete a Change of Account Holder form to notify us of the change.
Renting the property?
If you are a tenant, your Landlord or Letting Agent will need to notify us of the move-in or move-out date by submitting a Change of Tenancy (COT) form, available through the Customer Portal.
For Landlords and Letting Agents
We’ve made the process quicker and easier with our new online Change of Tenancy (COT) form, available through the Customer Portal.
Simply:
- Log in to your Customer Portal account
- Complete our 1-minute Change of Tenancy form
- We take care of the rest
The form takes around a minute to complete and helps us update accounts faster and more accurately.
All occupancy changes must be reported within 30 days of the move date. A late notice charge of £30 may apply if changes are not submitted within this timeframe.
Please note: tenancy changes can only be submitted after the move has taken place.
