We source competitive rates that are unavailable directly and present them in an Energy Review Report. Our report includes a consumption analysis and market comparison, with recommendations on the best contract and annual budgetary figure.

And it doesn’t stop there. Our mobile engineers conduct annual site visits around the anniversary of each contract, ensuring meters are functioning correctly and taking reads to ensure billing is up to date.

Procure Plus Package

Our Procure Plus package takes away the hassle of dealing with utility companies. We validate invoices for accuracy, analysing the consumption and identifying any over/underestimated billing. We check the contract costs too, including the standing charge, unit rate, CCL and VAT.

With 30 years of experience, we’ve established trusting relationships with a variety of suppliers, giving us direct access to billing and sales managers. This eliminates the need to go through customer service and enables us to resolve disputes promptly with the relevant department.

Part of the Energy Broker ADR Scheme

We’re a member of the Ombudsman Services Energy Broker ADR Scheme, a new programme that will enable micro-businesses to resolve disputes with energy brokers via an independent body. The service is dedicated to helping suppliers and brokers improve their service, processes, and customer experience in order to build trust and confidence.

Ombudsman Services is a purpose-led, not-for-profit organisation that has been providing independent dispute resolution services across the energy, communication, and parking sectors since 2002.

Its mission is to build trust by ensuring that businesses treat customers fairly.
