We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Assistant to support our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing leads, ensuring smooth onboarding, and helping drive business growth. About the Role:

As a Sales Assistant, your primary role will be to  manage leads, ensuring smooth onboarding, and helping drive business growth.

  • Reporting to: Business Developemnt Manager

Key Responsibilities, Overview and Expectations:

    As a Sales Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

    • Track and manage leads efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth client onboarding. 
    • Communicate professionally with clients, handling inquiries and representing our company in a positive manner. 
    • Support sales efforts by assisting in lead nurturing, client engagement, and business development initiatives. 
    • Ensure accuracy and compliance in contracts, onboarding documentation, and regulatory requirements. 
    • Utilise CRM tools (e.g., Monday board) to streamline processes, track progress, and enhance team efficiency. 
    • Adapt to new systems and technologies to continuously improve workflow and productivity.

    •  Sales & Lead Nurturing Experience – You have a knack for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and supporting sales efforts.
    •  Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – You’re comfortable with CRM tools and open to learning new technologies to improve efficiency.
