I have worked closely with Data Energy over the past year and can say that they have been instrumental in the onboarding and set-up for our phased 4-block development. 

From taking over the data collection, resolving legacy installation issues and providing key sales and new home documents; – they have always been available to assist with anything we asked for. 

We continue to work closely with them on the resident billing at the site and they continue to support us with monthly reporting or key stakeholder meetings and they are always willing to tailor their services to meet our needs at this development.

We use Data Energy’s billing services for a variety of our developments, and they rose to the challenge on one site in particular. 

The site had a range of issues upon handover, from missing information, and equipment problems to changing deadlines.

Data Energy operated with flexibility and provided solutions to overcome these initial hurdles to our billing. They have worked with us to bring all the apartments up to scratch and start to generate cash flow for the site once more. They have liaised with the housing association, developer, metering provider and us, the managing agent, to get these issues resolved.
