We have been particularly pleased with the heat network service provided for our Two Fifty One development in Southwark Bridge Road, London – a landmark skyscraper with 355 high-spec apartments spanning 40 floors.
Data Energy developed a high-tech heat network solution to provide economic and environmental benefits. The system allows our residents to access heating and hot water from the network while only paying for actual usage, allowing us to monitor and optimise efficiencies that would reduce heat losses through data collection and analysis.
Although the benefits of the heat network were clear, the innovative nature of the system meant that many residents had little to no experience of heat networks. Therefore, Data Energy ensured careful implementation to ensure a smooth introduction of the tenant billing platform, including a welcome pack in a concise format explaining all aspects to the incoming resident.
Data Energy provided our Management Team with ongoing support that allowed the billing platform to be operated efficiently. In addition, their structured delivery of the billing platform with an enhanced level of tenant awareness reduced demands made on our Property Managers.
Communication has been exemplary throughout, from the dedicated Energy Manager who liaises with us regularly, to the Engineers onsite, and the customer service team on the phone – all representatives are always informed, helpful, knowledgeable and confident in the solutions they can provide.
