The Procure Plus+ Package Includes Everything in the PROCURE Package AND

Bill Validation

We check each bill against your contract using over 22 points of reference. If there are any discrepancies, we liaise with the supplier to resolve these on your behalf.

Balance Sheet Tracking

If we are the appointed metering and billing agent at any of your sites, we will track the billing’s financial performance. Monitoring tariff income alongside generation costs.

Budget Estimations

Every time we tender your supplies, we will calculate a budget forecast for each of you supply points, allowing you to set realistic budgets with ease.

Annual Site Visits

We’ll visit your sites to take annual meter readings. We’ll then submit them to your energy supplier to ensure your billing is accurate. (Not applicable to HH meters)

Meter Read Submissions

You can submit meter reads through our online portal and these will be sent to your suppliers. You can also contact us directly and we can submit and query any reads.

Supplier Invoice Validation

We validate invoices from your energy supplier to ensure you’re only paying for what’s accurate and fair. (This is only available when we are the appointed energy broker)

Energy Billing Balance Sheet Tracking

We track your communal energy’s financial performance. Monitoring tariff income alongside generation costs. (Only available when we are the appointed energy broker)

Annual Efficiency & Tariff Review

Each year, we carry out a review of the communal energy’s efficiency and tariffs, including a financial reconciliation. This ensures pricing remains fair and cost recovery is accurate. (Included in your contract as an additional costed item)
