Heat Network (Metering and Billing) Regulations 2014

For privately owned heat networks, the responsibility of the heat supplier falls by default to the freeholder or building owner. This means that Managing Agents, acting on behalf of their clients, must ensure full compliance with these regulations.

Navigating these regulations can be challenging, with certain aspects requiring technical expertise. That’s where we come in!

Whether you need assistance notifying the OPSS about your Heat Network or require a metering feasibility study and completion of the government’s Cost Effectiveness Tool, we’re just a phone call away and ready to help!
